For a quick eye-lift, try tea bags! Black and green tea contain caffeine which constrict the blood vessels, reducing puffiness and inflammation. Black and green tea also contain antioxidants called tannins. Tannins further tighten the skin and draw out fluid to calm the eyes and alleviate puffiness, making the skin around the eyes more taut. Rooibos and green tea may also be useful in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
To use, simply steep two tea bags as normal. Then squeeze out the excess liquid and allow the tea bags to cool to a warm temperature. Lay them on your eyes, lay down, and let the magic happen. You can massage them into your eyes or simply chill out. Results should be obvious in just a few minutes!
